JOEL BOVÉ

Joel Bové, MS, OTR/L is an occupational therapist specializing in behavioral health. Joel received a masters in occupational therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2009. Joel is passionate in collaborating with individuals and families to promote increased participation in meaningful occupations while maintaining a deep appreciation for the qualities that make each person unique. Joel has practiced across the developmental spectrum within elementary schools, inpatient subacute rehabilitation, community mental health and day programs, inpatient acute psychiatric units, assisted living facilities, and acute hospital settings such as the emergency department, intensive care, and general medicine. In his spare time, Joel enjoys camping and hiking with his wife and their three dogs, Frankie, Simon, and Gracie. Joel is an avid woodworker, coffee aficionado and loves listening to music.
